When converted into law the Decree-Law 40/2010 of March, (Act No. 73 of May 22, 2010, OJ No. 120 of May 25, 2010) was redrafted Article 6 of the Uniform Building pursuant to Presidential Decree No 380/2001.
The new text identifies the actions that can be performed without any qualifying title :
a) normal maintenance;
b) intervention volti all’eliminazione di barriere architettoniche che non comportino la realizzazione di rampe o di ascensori esterni, ovvero di manufatti che alterino la sagoma dell’edificio;
c) le opere temporanee per attività di ricerca nel sottosuolo che abbiano carattere geognostico, ad esclusione di attività di ricerca di idrocarburi, e che siano eseguite in aree esterne al centro edificato;
d) i movimenti di terra strettamente pertinenti all’esercizio dell’attività agricola e le pratiche agro-silvo-pastorali, compresi gli interventi su impianti idraulici agrari;
e) le serre mobili stagionali, sprovviste di strutture in muratura, funzionali allo svolgimento farming.
As regards, however, the following interventions:
a) the maintenance operation of Article 3, paragraph 1, letter b), including the opening of doors or moving interior walls , unless it relates to the structural parts of the building, without increasing the number of housing units and do not involve increased planning parameters;

e) le aree ludiche senza fini di lucro e gli elementi di arredo delle aree pertinenziali degli edifici
sono previsti the following tasks: •

Failure to give the commencement of work or the failure of the technical report, the financial penalty fee of 258 €.
