Il Consiglio di Stato si è recentemente pronunciato in merito alla validità del documento di regolarità contributiva presentato da un concorrente per la partecipazione ad una gara di appalto,che pur in corso di validità, non conteneva l’attestazione della regolarità contributiva nei confronti dell’INPS.

Windows PE - Creating a CD / DVD autorun

I introduced some time ago, use and download version of Windows Preinstallation Environment for USB pen drive, with a hint of thins HP version that solved a number of issues relating to CD

At this point, now is the time to look at how to create a CD (or DVD) autorun of Windows PE 2.0 (still the version of Windows Vista), with some little trick of customization.

We must first download the version of Windows PE 2.0 from the Microsoft website (click here )

After downloading the DVD iso (about 830MB) or burn it, or a free program like Virtual Clone Drive , we "leave" the ISO, no need to use a DVD.

Once installed the following screen appears:

clicking Install Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK ) files are installed on the hard disk. The WAIK

To start the console, you click on Start-> All Programs-> Microsoft Windows AIK-> Command Prompt Windows PE Tools

This console is unusual in that creates an "environment" to create Windows PE.

To create an image of PE (in this case not to be confused with ISO) we run the following commands from the command line:

1 - Copype.cmd

where architecture includes a of the three possible architectures: x86, amd64, ia64

e dest indica la cartella di destinazione, ad esempio c:\winpe_x86 .

Quindi come riportato nella seguente immagine, il comando per un Windows PE a 32 bit è:

copype.cmd x86 c:\winpe_x86

A questo punto, abbiamo creato una cartella con i file che ci servono a far avviare il sistema da CD (o DVD, ma non solo...).

Per comodità possiamo anche inserire all'interno di questo CD (quello che sto creando è un semplicissimo CD) dei programmi come le PortableApps che posssono tornare eccezionalmente comode (come il free commander portable oppure il JkDefragPortable).

La Root del CD, considerando il nostro esempio è: C:\winpe_x86\ISO

Alla fine di tutto, si deve creare l'immagine ISO del CD.

Usiamo il seguente comando:

oscdimg -n -bc:\winpe_x86\etfsboot.com c:\winpe_x86\ISO c:\winpe_x86\winpe_x86.iso

Ed avremo nella cartella C:\winpe_x86 il file ISO del CD.

Per verificare se il CD funziona, senza necessariamente bruciarlo, si può usare Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 ( scarica qui ) e avviare una macchina virtuale con l'immagine del CD (ma questo argomento sarà trattato in separate sede).

A questo punto la nostra immagine dimensionata è salvata.

Altrettanto spesso abbiamo necessità di dover dimensionare non una immagine, bensì una cartella con molte immagini (problema noto soprattutto a chi lavora nel campo del web)

Questo semplicissimo programmino soddisfa anche questa esigenza.

Cliccando sulla scheda Work with multiple file abbiamo la possibilità di aprire una cartella e ridimensionare tutti gli le immagini che abbiamo in quella cartella.

Il metodo è analogo a quello descritto in precedenza.

1 - Apriamo la cartella con le immagini che vogliamo ridimensionare e scegliamo la cartella (diversa) nella quale vogliamo visualizzare le immagini convertite

2 - Selezioniamo la grandezza dell'immagine, usando come discriminante la lunghezza (si può optare anche per l'altezza). Diciamo che 800 px è un valore ottimale per il nostro test

3 - Scegliamo il tipo di file nei quali questi dati dovranno essere convertiti. La cartella che abbiamo selezionato al punto 1 contiene tutti file TIFF, convertiamoli in JPG

4 - A questo punto clicchiamo su Save Pictures e aspettiamo

Il Consiglio di Stato, Sez. V ha recentemente espresso il proprio parere in merito all’ambito di competenza del giudice amministrativo nella valutazione del giudizio di anomalia espresso da una stazione appaltante. Con sentenza 28.10.2010 n. 7631 è stato affermato, sostanzialmente, che il giudice amministrativo non può entrare nel merito dell’azione amministrativa, svolta secondo la procedura prevista dagli articoli 86, 87 e 88 del Codice dei contratti. ma deve limitarsi al controllo formale dell'iter logico seguito, valutando l'attendibilità delle operazioni tecniche, sotto il profilo della loro correttezza con riferimento ai criteri tecnici e relativo procedimento applicativo. Esula, pertanto, dalla sua sfera di competenza il riesame delle autonome valutazioni dell'interesse pubblico, compiute dalla pubblica amministrazione.
