Modding XP: Windows SeXPen




With this tutorial we will transform Windows XP in the new OS from Microsoft: Windows 7.


Abstract This tutorial has been tested on a PC with 32-bit, so it is not ensured maximum compatibility with 64-bit PCs.
is recommended, before continuing to install on their PCs Service Pack 3.
Before proceeding, make sure you have installed UxTheme Patcher.
If you have not done so, download and install it.

UxThemePatcher installed, download the Windows 7 theme :
Extract the archive, miss the rest and go to the theme folder, then click theme.exe and click Next. Then apply the theme installed.



icons, cursors and sounds
Download aero cursors. Without this, extract the archive, right click on the file Aero S> Install. Per applicare i cursori aprire Pannello di Controllo>Mouse>Puntatori, selezionare Windows Aero Shadow e cliccare su OK.



Per le icone, scaricare ed installare IconTweaker e scaricare e applicare il pacchetto di icone Aero Ultimate .
Per applicare le icone avviare Icon Tweaker>File>Open, selezionare il tema Aero Ultimate, doppio click su Aero Ultimate Icon Pack e cliccare su Apply.

Adesso passiamo ai suoni:
Scaricare questo pack di suoni: Windows 7 RTM Sound ;
Estraete l'archivio ed aprendo la cartella appena estratta vedrete che ci sono diverse cartelle di suoni. Quelle cartelle di suoni corrispondono ai temi di Windows 7. Copiare, quindi, le cartelle in C:\Windows\Media.
Fatto questo aprire il Pannello di Controllo>Suoni e creare una nuova combinazione di suoni.

Una delle cose di Windows 7 più belle è la Superbar. Per averla sul nostro Xp scaricare questo archivio ed estrarlo: ViGlance
Estrarre l'archivio e spostare la cartella in C:\Programmi. Aprire il file ViGlance OneStep.exe. Adesso avrete la superbar di 7. Estraete l'archivio e installate i file nel seguente ordine:
1)Alky for Application
2)Sidebar
3)Gadget Extrator.
Una volta terminato, avviate la sidebar e trascinate nel desktop i vostri gadget. Fatto questo cliccare sulla sidebar col destro e cliccare su close. Se non avete impostato l'avvio della sidebar in avvio automatico, cliccare , With the right, the Sidebar tray icon, click Properties, and clicking on the "Start Sidebar When Windows starts."

Windows Explorer
Download and install Styler Styler and theme related to Windows 7: StylerToolbarItalian .
Extract the archive and move Styler themes in C: \\ Program Files \\ Styler \\ TB \\ skins \\ Styler's.
Open any folder and click on View> Toolbars> StylerToolBar; uncheck Standard Buttons instead. Now click on the floppy (on the right of the window)> Skins> Windows 7 Aero. Then click the tray icon of Styler, go to the Toolbar tab and check the box "Hide Menubar (Explorer)".
Now install the sidebar of Windows 7, download this file and extract it to C: \\ Program:

Per aggiungere un elemento sulla findexer trascinare la cartella o il programma desiderato. Fatto questo se vogliamo cambiarli l'icona o il nome, cliccate col destro sull'elemento e cliccate su Edit[...]. Questa è la findexer come potrebbe essere a risultato finale:

Infine scarichiamo ed installiamo VistaDriveIcon . Ad installazione completata è consigliato riavviare il Pc.
Logon e BootLoader
Passiamo adesso al logon. Prima di tutto scarichiamo ed installiamo Logon Loader .

Selezioniamo la skin scaricata e ricordiamoci di eseguire il programma all'avvio cliccando su esegui all'avvio . Adesso non vi resta che finire di seguire il tutorial per trasformare XP in Vista . Se avete un computer non molto potente o volete dare solo una rinfrescatina al caro XP, questo tutorial e fatto apposta per voi. Bene, cominciamo!

Premessa:
Questo tutorial è fatto per applicare temi per Windows Xp SP3 a 32 bit , perciò assicurarsi di avere il Service Pack 3 (se non l'avete consiglio di installarlo anche per motivi di sicurezza). Non so se nei computer a 64 bit il tema e i programmi necessari per la "trasformazione" siano compatibili.
Ultima cosa: consiglio di cominciare questo tutorial avendo a disposizione un PC con alemno 1Gb di Ram.

Prima di procedere assicurarsi di aver installato UxTheme Patcher
Se non lo avete fatto, scaricatelo e installatelo:
-Per SP3
Scaricare da qui il tema Leopard X contenente per l'appunto gli elementi sopra citati.
Estrarre la cartella e copiarla in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes
Andare in Proprietà Schermo e selezionare il tema scaricato.



Cursori

Finderbar:

In questo tutorial trasformeremo il nostro Xp in vista (RED). A differenza del precedente post, qui avremo le finestre trasparenti come Aero. Cominciamo!

Premessa:
Questo tutorial è fatto per applicare temi per Windows Xp SP3 a 32 bit , perciò assicurarsi di avere il Service Pack 3 (se non l'avete consiglio di installarlo anche per motivi di sicurezza). Non so se nei computer a 64 bit il tema e i programmi necessari per la "trasformazione" siano compatibili.
Ultima cosa: consiglio di cominciare questo tutorial avendo a disposizione un PC con alemno 1Gb di Ram.
Per sapere che SP è installato sul vostro PC e quanta RAM ha, basta andare su Risorse del Computer > Proprietà.

Tema
Prima di procedere assicurarsi di aver installato UxTheme Patcher
Se non lo avete fatto, scaricatelo e installatelo:
-Per SP3
Installato UxThemePatcher, scaricare il tema di vista: Vortex Xp ReD
Copiare il tema scaricato nella cartella C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes.
Spostato il tema andare in proprietà schermo e cliccare sulla scheda aspetto e selezionare il tema Vortex Red.

Icone e suoni
Scaricare Vista Mizer , aprirlo, selezionare File/System e Other/Sound e cliccare installa. Questa procedura installerà suoni e icone di vista.



Cursors
Download the sliders (RED) Cursors.
Move all the sliders in the C: \\ WINDOWS \\ Cursors. Then go to Control Panel> Mouse> Pointers and change the pointers to go with the default download. Once this is done save the scheme and apply it.

Windows Sidebar
Before proceeding make sure you have installed the following components:
- Net Framework 2.0

the following components installed, download the "paccozzo" and install them in the following order:

Here è il primo tutorial di Modding Land. Il tutorial verra schematizzzato così da essere più chiaro possibile...e allora siete pronti a mettere il naso sulla carrozzeria del nostro xp? Cominciamo!

Premessa:
