The Authority for the supervision of public contracts, recently established by resolution of February 15, the amount of the contribution for 2010, the following entities, both public and private:
a) stations and contracting entities referred to in Articles 32 and 207 of Legislative Decree no. 163 / 2006;
b) economic operators who intend to participate in contractor selection procedures activated by the person referred to in subparagraph a);
are required to pay with the procedures laid down by the same measure: Amount
place based on race to € 150,000 up to an amount less than € 500,000 :
- Quote for contracting clients: € 150.00
- Share for each participant: € 20 Amount
place based on race to € 500,000 up to an amount less than € 1,000,000:
- Quote for contracting clients: € 250.00
- Share for each participant: € 40
Amount based on race instead of € 1,000,000 up to an amount less than € 5,000,000:
- Quote for contracting clients: € 400.00
- Fee per participant: € 70
Amount put to tender basis than € 5,000,000:
- Quote for contracting clients: € 500.00
- Fee per participant: € 100
bodies attesting the Article. 40, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 163 / 2006, have to pay to the Authority for the supervision of public works contracts, services and supplies a contribution of 2% (two percent) of revenues resulting from the budget approved for the last financial year.
