In a statement on 2 February 2011, the President 's authority for the supervision of public contracts has announced new procedures for issuing certificates of works which, as noted, are issued by the contracting pursuant to Article . 22, paragraphs 7 and 8 of Decree 34 / 2000 as outlined in Annex D of the same decree Teleservices and transmitted in accordance with the Authority itself (rif.to Press on July 6, 2006, 18 October 2006 and May 13 2009).
With the above information has determined that:
- from February 14, 2011 Certificates will be issued using only the new computer system Internet portal accessible by the Authority in the service with restricted access;
- that the way to use the new system will be described in the user manual is also published in the same section of the Internet portal of the Authority.
- which together with the activation of the new computer system, the current system used for the compilation and issuance of Certificates will be disabled with regard to the possibility of inclusion of new certificates;
- that all certificates in the status of "delivered" as of February 14, 2011 will be available in the new computer system for viewing and printing by users authorized;
- that data relating to the Certificates in the state "in preparation" will be available on the current system for the eventual completion of the issue for 30 days from February 14, 2011, or until March 16, 2011. Since that date, all certificates issued should not be included on the new system from scratch;
- that users can access the new system using the same credentials they already have to issue certificates with the previous procedure;
- the SOA (Society certification body) will have access to the new procedure in consultation through the appropriate link available on the Internet portal nella sezione dei servizi ad accesso riservato utilizzando le credenziali già rilasciate dall’Autorità a seguito di registrazione al servizio di “Anagrafe”.
