One of the known problems with Windows FLP is the lack of the ScanDisk program, very useful in restoring a 'shift' to hard drive.

Since Windows FLP is a version of Windows XP SP2 machines suitable for the Legacy, that "a certain age, you can work around this problem very easily:

1 - access the folder% WINDIR% \\ system32 (This syntax provides direct access to the System32 folder, though, for various reasons, disk where the operating system is not C: but such as D: or even Z)

2 - download the file from here chkdskflp.zip

3 - Unzip the ZIP file

4 - copy and paste the files in the downloaded folder in % WINDIR% \\ system32

At this point, both scandisk to be made on any unit, and perform scandisk on the drive where the operating system, known as Windows XP and later, is carried out after the reboot (then using Autochk.exe)
