On 18 June, was finally adopted by the Council of Ministers on Regulations for the execution and implementation of the Public Contracts Code.
To date we are awaiting the signature of the Head of State, the subsequent registration by the Court of Auditors and finally the publication nella Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana .
Il Regolamento, che si compone di ben 359 articoli, entrerà in vigore 180 giorni dalla pubblicazione nella G.U.R.I.
Entreranno in vigore 15 giorni dopo la pubblicazione soltanto due articoli del TITOLO III - SISTEMA DI QUALIFICAZIONE E REQUISITI PER GLI ESECUTORI DI LAVORI e precisamente:
- art. 73 Sanzioni pecuniarie nei confronti delle SOA - Sospensione e decadenza dell'autorizzazione all'esercizio dell'attività di attestazione
- art.74 Sanzioni per violazione da parte delle imprese dell'obbligo d'informazione (all’Autorità per la Vigilanza)
Il nuovo regolamento prevede l’abrogazione several rules including the presidential decree No. 34/2000 and Ministerial Decree 145/2000 of numerous articles, which inexplicably remains in force only for items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 paragraphs 2 and 3, 6, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 27, 35 and 36.
