D. Legislative Decree No. 56/2010 - New limits thermal transmittance of glazing

With reference to 'implementing Directive 2002/91/EC on the energy performance of buildings, with Legislative Decree No 29 March 2010 56 (OJ 21 April 2010 No 92) it was planned that the new limits of thermal transmittance of the glass under the Legislative Decree n.192/2005, as amended by Decree No. 311/2006 (Annex C, paragraph 4, Table 4 . b, third column), are brought forward to 1 July 2010.
Article. 7 D. Legislative Decree No. 56/2010 "Amendments to Annex C of the Legislative Decree 19 August 2005, No 192 "provides for: Annex C to the legislative decree August 19, 2005, No 192, as amended, paragraph 4, Table 4b, the third column, the words "January 1, 2011 'are replaced by the following:" 1 July 2010 .
The limit values \u200b\u200bof the thermal transmittance of the central U-shaped glass differentiated according to areas other climate zones, are therefore as follows:
Climatic zone A: U = 3.7 W / mqK,
Climatic zone B: U = 2.7 W / mqK,
Climatic zone C: U = 2.1 W / mqK,
Climatic zone D: U = 1.9 W / mqK,
Climatic zone E: U = 1.7 W / mqK,
Climatic zone F: U = 1.3 W / mqK,
The new measure will come into force on May 6, 2010.
